The product is great but delivery is too slow for today’s day and age. This needs to improve.
Sweets arrived quickly and were good quality. A lot of sweets in the custom pouch were not what I ordered so I was missing a lot of sweets that I wanted and was left with a bunch of stuff I’d rather not eat.

The order process was very easy to do. Love the fact you can personalise the jars of sweets to.Overall fantastic service. Will order again.
This is the fourth order from you. Each time has been super speedy for them to arrive. And oh my goodness absolutely delicious!
They were nice sweets but value for money i.e. quantity you I don’t think was really there considering how much I paid and that I’d had 10% off and a free bag I still do not feel with all that included there was that amount of sweets for the money
Fast delivery really good quality sweets.Didn't rate the fudge it was very fry and brittle not like fudge at all.
Really quick service, delicious sweets with lots of options when ordering. I personally felt the pack didn't contain as many sweets as I was expecting for the price.
Really good service, only reason I haven't put 5 stars is I asked for the pouches to be labelled with names or initials as each one was for a different person in the house and this wasn't done.
I have still not received anything I have emailed you requesting you resend by another company and not Royal Mail
The bag the sweets came in smelt like chemicals - must be from when it was heat sealed.Fudge box was good though.Delivery a little on the slow side
Easy to order and I got all that I asked for and I was very happy with the cost. Also got them very quickly. I really love how eco friendly they are so very happy to support them. The sweets taste fab too!
Good service only tiny thing I personally would have liked is a bit of a clear window on the packets so you can see the sweets. But good service and delicious sweets would order again.
I loved the choice of sweets, they were so nice and tou can tell a lot of love, thought etc went into the product. I would have given 5 stars but in future I would like it if the sweets were better mixed in the bag as the same ones were at the top and the same at the bottom etc, it would have been nice if they were more mixed around, but other than that no complaints and I would love to order from them again xxx
